Physical and Chemical Properties | The chemical quality product is a light gray solid with 1710 cm-1 infrared absorption peak. |
Use | It is used for dyeing and finishing of textile LV. The degradable film can be formed on the surface of the textile, and the textile performance is good. |
This product is not a hazardous material. Store in a cool and dry place.
1. Activation of microcrystalline cellulose
Add a certain amount of water to the reactor and add NaOH aqueous solution under stirring. Then cool to about 10 ℃, add a measured amount of microcrystalline cellulose, and stir for 4-6 hours. Filter, wash the filter cake with clean water until neutral, dry, and obtain activated microcrystalline cellulose for later use.
2. Synthesis of Cellulose Carbamate
Add an appropriate amount of xylene to the reactor, and add activated microcrystalline cellulose and urea aqueous solution under stirring [the mass ratio of microcrystalline cellulose to urea is 1: (3-4)]. Raise the temperature, stir for 0.5 hours, and then continuously separate the water from the reaction system through a water separation device. After 4-6 hours of reaction, the solvent xylene is evaporated. The concentrated solution is cooled and crystallized, the filter cake is filtered and washed with hot water until neutral, and the product is vacuum dried.
Activation of microcrystalline cellulose Add a certain amount of water to the reaction kettle, and add NaOH aqueous solution under stirring. Then cool to about 10 ℃, add metered microcrystalline cellulose, and stir for 4~6 h. Filter, wash the filter cake with clear water until neutral, dry, and activate microcrystalline cellulose for later use.
Synthesis of cellulose carbamate Add appropriate amount of xylene in the reaction kettle, and add activated microcrystalline cellulose and urea aqueous solution (the mass ratio of microcrystalline cellulose to urea is 1:3~4) under stirring. After heating, stirring for 0.5 h, the water in the reaction system is continuously separated through the water separation device, and the solvent xylene is distilled after 4~6 h of reaction. The concentrate is cooled and crystallized, filtered, the filter cake is washed with hot water to neutral, and the product is vacuum dried.
